Mr. Johnson founded White Horse Management in 2010 a consulting practice focused on Operations and Supply Chain consulting.

In the first 18 months as VP of Sales & Marketing for a Tier 4 EMS company, added 21 new accounts representing $500K in first year revenue and $6M in upcoming projects over the next 12-24 months.

Mr. Johnson was one of the founding executives at EPIC Technologies, LLC which grew the company from $30M to $280M in seven years.  He led initiatives that in just over a year, cut inventory by half ($2M), lead time by 75%, material cost by 10% ($10M) while raising customer on time delivery from 85% to 99.9%.

Mr. Johnson joined Ford Electronics in 1989 as the lead buyer for Audio Products.  He developed a landed cost model that was widely used throughout the organization as well as cost models for evaluating purchases of integrated circuits and raw printed circuit boards.  Mr. Johnson was instrumental in developing the worldwide commodity strategy process. Over the course of the next 10 years he was promoted to positions of increasing responsibility and when he left he was responsible for Global Stategic Sourcing for Ford Electronics worldwide.

Mr. Johnson received his MBA in Finance from The University of Michigan, a Masters in Computer Engineering from Wayne State University, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University.
